9in Electric Grinder.T his revolutinary new grinder features Hitachi's patented IDI (Internal Double Insulation) housing. IDI technology incorporates an agressively designed aluminum housing that is interwined with an injected nylon core. This patented desing process creates an extremely durable tool with an outer shell wrapped in Aluminum, while the injected nylon core allows the tool to be double insulated. This IDI technology also reduces vibration and heat to extend the life of the grinder. The G23MR is powered by a 15 amp motor that delivers 3,500 watts of max output power. The tool-less wheel guard is adjustable for all working angles. Hitachis has also included its world class labyrinth construction to seal the motor from dust and debris. The G23MR runs at a very quiet 88 dB and comes with a 3 position handle and wheel wrench.
